RNGAuthentic.com will never do nefarious things such as weigh boxes/packs. We will ship your products safely and securely.

If the mailer packing (box or otherwise) appears to be in horrible shape do not open the parcel. We will gladly send you a return label via mail or digitally to to return the product for replacement or full refund.  If you open the delivery parcel IE box/mailer that is heavily damaged the product is non-refundable. The only exception to this is if we shipped you the wrong product to begin with. We will be able to easily investigate this matter and take care of the customer accordingly. 

RNGAuthentic.com can not be held responsible for the cards print quality, condition and other factors of the manufacturing process. These things can happen but are very rare. 

If you order a product from RNGAuthentic.com and realize that you did not need it. DO NOT OPEN THE MAILED PARCEL. We will send you a return label. Once the product is returned back to us and inspected the refund or exchange will be issued.

Customers will have 7 days from date of delivery as marked from tracking service to file for any sort of return/exchange/refund. 

Customers who engage in a high level of returns may be barred from purchasing from RNGauthentic.com

We are a small operation. Honest and Integrity is what we are founded on. Our company was started out of the disgust of receiving questionable re-sealed booster boxes and packs from various online platforms! This will never happen to you from RNGauthentic.com.
